Where? The place is called Colonia del Silencio, the Colony of Silence. It is situated 2 km from Porto Petro, 65 km from Palma de Mallorca and 55 km from the airport. The address is: Ca'n Geroni The best beach in Mallorca, Cala Mondragó, is 20 minutes’ walk from Ca'n Geroni - 3 minutes by car. Cala D'or, a choice for shopping and fun, is 8 km from Ca'n Geroni. The nearest market town is Santanyi (market every Wednesday and Saturday). In the neighbouring towns Porto Petro, Cala D'or, Alqueria Blanca, Calonge, Cala Figuera and Santanyi, there are plenty of fine restaurants. If you go for night clubs, you'll find some in Cala D'or. |

Inside Ca'n Geroni During the winter, you spend much time in the sitting room. You can sit for hours just looking at the sea. Or drink a cup of coffee in front of the fireplace. From the kitchen, which is part of the sitting room, you may also keep an eye on the sea and check out the passing boats. You might even see dolphins.
The sitting room seen from the kitchen The bedrooms are simple and functional. Each room (except one) has 2 beds and shares a bathroom with another room. From each room there is direct access to the terrace.
One of the bedrooms Outside Evidently, the main attraction outside is the sea. A private staircase leads down the rocks to the sea - 18 meters below. There you may enjoy the sun or the splashing waves or have a drink at sunset. In June, July and August - and only these three months because the rest of the year it is too risky because of storms and waves that tear it away - the ladder is at your disposal to bathe from the rocks, but must be pulled out after use. The rocks are public – zona marítima - and people are allowed to pass by, but not to settle down. 3 minutes' drive from Ca'n Geroni, you may enjoy one of the best beaches in Mallorca - Cala Mondragó - a safe place for small children. |

Rent The house is available for rental most of the year. In general it is rented out for whole weeks from Friday to Friday. Check-in time 15.00, check-out time 9.00. The price covers the rent of the house for two persons, electricity, gas, water, laundry and housecleaning. There is an additional fee of 57-60 euros per additional person. There are beds for 9 sleeping guests. The rent depends on the season as follows and the number of guests. A prepayment of 1/3 of the total rent must be paid at reservation. The remaining rent must be paid a month before the starting date. The reservation may be changed not later than 6 months before the starting day at no extra cost. The reservation is binding after 6 months before the starting date, but may be changed for free up to 3 months before the starting date if no direct or indirect costs occur.
